Guy Rice is a seasoned Managing Director with over 20 years in financial services and over a decade in renewable energy.

With extensive expertise in PPAs, asset-based finance, and renewable energy technology, he has built strong partnerships across the C&I solar industry. His background spans roles at candi solar, WesBank Corporate, RentWorks, and FirstRand, bringing valuable leadership, commercial insight, and a commitment to sustainable solutions.

Holding degrees in Accounting Science and Accountancy & Business Information Systems, he is known for reducing clients’ costs through innovative financial and operational strategies.
